The key role for an Individual Conciliator is to resolve potential or actual employment disputes that would otherwise result in an employment tribunal hearing.
Conciliators deal with potential and actual employment tribunal claims which can cover any area of employment law or employment relations. They don’t take sides, working instead to persuade all parties of the benefits of resolving disputes at an early stage. Their work involves discussing the strengths and weaknesses of cases with the parties concerned, with a view to reaching mutually satisfactory outcomes which are legally binding.
We expect to make appointments from this recruitment throughout 2026 / 2027, in merit order and by location preference as required.

Interview Details
If you have successfully passed sift, you will be invited to an interview via MS Teams which is likely to take place during the weeks commencing 10 August 2026 and 17 August 2026.
